Return Policy
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

Due to the overwhelming success of the Ferret Nation other Pet Parents demanded a habitat built as well as the Ferret Nation but designed to accommodate a variety of pets. Taking the advice and guidance from our friends in Rat, Chinchilla, and other small animal clubs around the world, we are proud to present the Critter Nation! The design of the Critter Nation takes from the Ferret Nation many of the design features like the full open and removable doors, critter-proof door latches, large adjustable shelves with toy/bedding anchor points, wire ramps, and easy-to-clean and remove plastic pans. That's not all... MidWest also designed the Critter Nation so that NO tools are required to assemble the cage. No Tools! The design uses interlocking panels to securely lock the cage panels without the use of any screws, nuts, or bolts!
