We ship using Ground Service due to the size and weight of the items we sell. Return Policy
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

The home provides 8 square feet of living space with is an appropriate sized area for exercise and play. Features 14" high sides which provide secure and convenient access to your pet. The leak-proof, washable durable PVC lined canvas bottom allows for easy care and maintenance while providing traction and proper care for your pet's sensitive feet.
Lock in place doors double as ramps to allow passage in and out or between habitats. The modular design allows for numerous configurations and unlimited expandability by adding another habitat.
