Return Policy
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

The Ovation Up & Away line of dog crates are designed for areas where space is a premium. The Up & Away door slides and stows overhead eliminating the need for additional space required by crates that have a swing-out door. The easy glide channel-track door system adds strength and provides maximum security. The Ovation Up & Away crates set up and folds down in seconds and includes a divider panel, plastic pan, carry handles, and protective rubber feet. The door features a safety catch that allows the door to rest safely above a fully closed position, release the catch to allow the door to close. Measures 49" x 30.5" x 32.25".
