Orders generally ship within 48 hours after they are placed. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct during checkout. Due to the size and weight of the cages and crates sold on this site, we only ship them via ground service. If your shipping address is incorrect, your order will be delayed. The map below is a estimation of ground shipping time once your order has left our warehouse.

Standard Ground Shipping Rates

We ship standard Fedex Ground. You can calculate the actual shipping cost on our shopping cart page before entering your completed address, or you can check the shipping cost at the checkout.

Due to the size and weight of the cages and crates sold on this site, we only ship them via ground service. We're sorry, but we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii and US Territories.

International Shipping

We currently cannot ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us with any questions.

To view additional shipping charges, we have provided a shipping calculator located in the Shopping Cart. Simply add your US Zip Code after you have added items to your order.

Orders over 100 lbs. may be subject to additional shipping charges. If the actual costs vary from the shipping amount displayed upon checkout, you will be contacted via email with any additional shipping charges and are responsible to respond within 48 hrs. to confirm or deny shipping charges. Failure to respond will result in the delay, or possible cancellation, of your order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please contact us by phone or email.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us prior to the order leaving our warehouse. In the event your order has left our warehouse prior to cancellation, please follow the standard return policy to receive a RA Number.
