Return Policy
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

Ferret Cages
When you are not around to supervise your ferret, the safest place for your pet is in his or her cage. The cage should be a place where your ferret feels comfortable and secure. Cages are often placed in a central room so that even when the ferret is in it, he can still see what's going on and feel part of the family. The cage should allow free air flow (not an aquarium).
To protect the ferret's feet, wire cage bottoms should be covered with blankets, sleep sacks, carpeting or linoleum/vinyl flooring. If you think you might get more ferrets in the future, plan ahead with a large or expandable cage.
