Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please email lindab@neeps-inc.com. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

If you wish to cancel an order, email lindab@neeps-inc.com prior to the order leaving our warehouse. In the event your order has left our warehouse prior to cancellation, please follow the standard return policy to receive a RA Number.
